Residence was founded in 2021 with a single mandate: build the most operationally advanced luxury real estate practice in the MENA region — not by hiring more people, but by engineering better systems.
Within the first year, we closed high-value transactions in Beirut's luxury segment and expanded into Dubai off-plan. By 2025, we had built ResidenceOS — a proprietary AI operating system that runs lead qualification, listing copy, pipeline management, and business intelligence automatically.
Today, 80–85% of our operational workflow runs autonomously. The remaining 15–20% — viewings, final negotiation, contract signing — stays human. That is the model.
Ali founded Residence in 2021 with a vision to build the most AI-driven luxury brokerage in MENA. He leads all technology, strategy, and AI systems — including ResidenceOS, a proprietary operating system that automates every revenue workflow.
Hussein leads all human-facing operations — property viewings, client advisory, final negotiations, and contract signings. His deep knowledge of Beirut's market and his approach to client trust make him the face of Residence on every deal.
