This project in Broummana involved the complete renovation of a 1970s villa — from structural reinforcement and facade redesign to full interior fit-out. The entire construction process was managed end-to-end.
The original structure was stripped to its skeleton, with a new reinforced concrete frame added to accommodate the redesigned floor plan. The facade was completely reclad with insulated panels, stone accents, and new aluminum window systems.
The interior was built from scratch: new MEP systems, polished concrete floors on the ground level, hardwood upstairs, and custom-built kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The project was delivered on schedule within 14 months.
