Situated along the Batroun coastline, this contemporary beach house is designed as a retreat that embraces its coastal setting. The architectural language draws from Mediterranean modernism — raw exposed concrete, deep overhangs for shading, and expansive openings that frame sea views from every living space.
The ground floor operates as a single flowing volume: living, dining, and kitchen merge with covered outdoor terraces and an infinity pool that appears to spill into the Mediterranean. Upper floors contain private bedrooms, each with its own balcony oriented for sunrise or sunset views.
Landscaping uses native coastal plants and gravel courtyards, minimizing water consumption while creating an organic connection between building and landscape.
